Hey everyone! How’s your Saturday going? It’s rainy over here in Utah & normally I would be wishing for sunshine but I’m just loving it today! It’s a perfect day to stay inside with the family, make hot chocolate & soup! Speaking of soup…
A couple weeks ago, Bri & I ventured into a land we never thought we would EVER go. Making our own homemade gluten free noodles. That idea was just way way way too domestic, time consuming & complicated for us. BUT like most instances in this gluten free world, we don’t normally try something new unless forced. Little did we know how extremely easy it is to make noodles, homemade!
Anyway, for one of Bri’s assignments in her class this semester, she was assigned to make homemade noodles. We had a brilliant idea & asked the teacher if she could get extra credit if she made homemade gluten free noodles. The teacher agreed. So we went on the prowl for a great, easy, fast recipe for homemade gluten free noodles.
We stumbled upon the blog, One Good Thing by Jillee. She has a great step by step guide on how she makes her noodles, without using a Pasta Maker! Her pictures are awesome & her recipe is extremely easy! So we got started! I have to apologize in advance, our pictures are not that great. We were in a hurry to get this assignment done so we snapped them pretty fast!

They turned out perfect! My mom used to put home-style noodles in her homemade chicken noodle soup & it was so good! We both have missed it! This is the perfect recipe for a replacement! Thank you Jill!!
