Ok, I told you we had a TON of jello at our Thanksgiving dinners but this one is THE best!! It’s our favorite, hands down! It would NOT be Thanksgiving without it. It’s called Lime Pear Jello. Sounds kind of weird huh? It’s not. It’s wonderful. We have been known to make this year round, ever since Colby was introduced to it! Here’s the recipe!

Lime Pear Jello

1 6oz pkg Lime Jello
2 cups boiling water
Dissolve & cool until syrupy in refrigerator

Blend in blender:
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 large can pears- Take out 1/2 cup juice from can & discard.
Add jello to this & blend in blender. Pour in mold or 9×13. Let jell in refrigerator for about 10 mins, then fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip or freshly sweetened whipped cream. Chill until set.
