Gluten free sugar cookies ingredients

Cream together shortening, butter, & sugar.
Creamed shortening, butter, & sugar in mixer for making gluten free sugar cookies

Add eggs & vanilla.
Add eggs & vanilla for making gluten free sugar cookies

Add flour, baking powder, & salt. Blend all ingredients together.
Blend together flour, baking powder, & salt for making gluten free sugar cookies

Add your favorite butter cream frosting. Bellísimo!

  • ½ cup shortening
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Cream together shortening, butter, and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix all ingredients together.
  4. Bake at 400* for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Ice with buttercream frosting.
