Cream together shortening, butter, & sugar.
Add eggs & vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, & salt. Blend all ingredients together.
Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
Add your favorite butter cream frosting. Bellísimo!

- ½ cup shortening
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
