Do you want to know what Heaven tastes like? I’ll share the secret:  guten free MINT PUFFS

When I make these, I cannot stay out of them. It doesn’t make it easier that they’re like air so you don’t feel like you are consuming anything. But seriously. Gluten free mint puffs are some of my faves! They are extremely easy, fast to put together, & they’ll be the hit of the party. Here’s the how to!

The ingredients:

Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. The key is to maintain this meringue consistency.

Slowly add sugar & salt. Color with green food coloring to the desired color.

Fold in mint chocolate chips. When doubling, pour 3/4 of the 10 oz bag of baking chips in.

Drop cookies on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Isn’t the color just beautiful!?

The only change I would make is to use plain chocolate chips, don’t hate me but I don’t love mint chocolate at all 😉

Love the photos they make these look so light.
