Gluten Free Oatmeal Banana Bites
  • 2-3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup certified gluten free oats (I use instant oats)
  • (optional) mini chocolate chips
  1. Directions:
  2. Preheat oven to 350*
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  4. Place all three ingredients in your stand mixer and mix until just barely incorporated
  5. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop up dough and drop on cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes
  7. All of the recipes below start with the original gluten free oatmeal banana bites recipe. Just add the rest by mixing it in with either a spoon or stand mixer!
