Hey y’all! I hope everyone is surviving the first few weeks of school. While we don’t have kids in school, my husband is in his third week of a new semester at the University he’s attending. We are in full swing!
I wanted to share two amazing recipe’s that are especially great for two occasions: breakfast and dessert. These two were featured on the wonderful blog Cupcakes and Kale Chips. Brianne has some of the most mouth watering gluten free recipe’s ever, on her site. Check it out!
1- Gluten Free German Oven Pancakes
When we were young and in school, my mom was always in a hurry to get a good breakfast made for all 6 of us to head out the door. She needed something healthy, filling, and fast to feed our bellies with. As my own husband heads out to school, this recipe came to mind. All it takes is a quick blend in a high powered blender and about 40 minutes in the oven. It’s so good that even my two year old loves it!
2- Gluten Free Rocky Road Squares
This recipe is perfect for any party, dessert night, or just as a treat! It was one of my favorites when I was younger so we converted it to be 100% gluten free! Although it is gluten free, it’s not glutton free! It is extremely rich and I’m warning you now, you won’t be able to contain yourself!
Have a fabulous day!
